Ahhhh weekends

They just can't be beat! Last weekend was perfect for lounging...

and Apricot Pancakes made by Chef Eric! They were phenomenal complete with dried apricots mixed in and warm apricot jelly drizzled on top. Mouth watering yet? We have a lot of banana pancakes around here but these may become a new weekend regular.
